The Geopolitical Compliance Engine

/tech: This demo implements Intent-Bound Authorization (IBA) within the TSMC COUPE (Compact Universal Photonic Engine) layer. By utilizing Mach-Zehnder Interferometers (MZIs) as hardware-native authorization primitives, Taiwan can manufacture AI accelerators that are physically incapable of unauthorized actions. If an agent’s cryptographic phase-signature drifts from its authorized “Sovereign Bound,” the MZI induces instantaneous destructive interference, steering the rogue intent signal into the Null-Sink. This is not software security; it is Physics-Enforced Neutrality, ensuring Taiwan’s silicon remains the global gold standard for trusted AI infrastructure.
